DESCRIPTION:KC Zine Collective and Andrew’s Video Void are teaming up for ZINESOMMAR! Join us at Stray Cat Film Center on Saturday\, June 20th for a double-feature presentation of A VERY PAGAN SOLSTICE (a new age mixtape loaded with robes\, candles\, ceremonial daggers\, satanic Santas\, martial arts experts\, and peak pagan cringe) and 1973’s folk horror classic THE WICKER MAN. The screenings start at 7pm and a portion of all ticket sales will go to support this fall’s KC ZINE CON #11 (date and venue to be announced later this summer — y’all keep asking\, and we’re working on it!) We’ll even have a live screenprinting booth set up in the lobby at 6pm\, so you can snag exclusive ZINESOMMAR merch. BYO blank to print on\, or purchase a $5 thrifted shirt from merch.
